Dive Technique Swim Clinic conducted Monthly teaches step-by-step progressions skills for the 4 competitive dives: Freestyle, Backstroke, Breastroke and Butterfly. Emphasis is placed on body posture, positioning, movement and breakout throughout all the development phases of the dive. Dive Technique Swim Clinics will be conducted at the Webster University Pool, 174 Edgar Road, St. Louis, Missouri 63119 on the following Sundays from 2:30 pm - 3:30pm: 9/25/11, 10/2/11, 11/6/11, 12/4/11, 1/8/12, 2/5/12, 3/4/12, 4/15/12, 5/6/12, 6/3/12, 7/8/12 and 8/5/12. Please indicate on your purchase receipt which Dive Technique Swim Clinic in the "Special Instructions" section on checkout the Clinic(s) you will be attending. You will also need to complete and submit prior to the Dive Clinic our Dive Clinic Registration and Sign-up Form which is located on our website where all you have to do is click on the Clinics Tab and print out the sign-up form at http://www.loveswimming.org Prior to each Dive Technique Swim Clinic we will be conducting a "Free" Community Swim Clinic from 1:30pm - 2:30pm. If you decide to attend our Free Community Swim Clinic you will also need to print out the Sign-up Form located on our website on the Clinics tab.
