Returning Annual Outreach Registration and Sign-up Fee includes Administrative Expense, USA Swimming Outreach Annual Membership, Annual LOVE Swimming Membership and Annual AAU Membership. Outreach Membership Requirements: Federal Reduced School Lunch Program, Food Stamp Program, Medicade or Medicare Card. This membership is for ALL: Swim America (learn-to-swim) Students (infant, pre-school, school-age, adult, private and pre-competitive) and Competitive Swimmers (Swim Team). This Returning Annual Outreach Registration and Sign-up Fee does not apply to LOVE Swimming's United States Masters Swimmers (USMS). This membership fee is required to be paid 7 days before the start of a class or a practice.
